Worst experience ever! We went during the day just us four, two kids (age 3 and 5) and our waiter Brian was terrible. We got there and finally order fried pickles and our drinks, waited about 10 minutes on drinks then another 25 for our pickles in the meantime we ordered our food. We got the boneless and traditional mix wings and it clearly said on the menu that it comes with fries AND coleslaw and when we told him he said it's one or the other. I'm just saying when you put on your menu fries AND coleslaw it means both....if it meant one or the other it would be fries OR coleslaw. So fast forward the restaurant isn't even crowded a few at the bar and maybe 3 other tables with people at them waiting also (some there before us some after us) we waited another 35 minutes on our nachos (appetizer nachos and asked for them to brought out before out food and with pickles, that didn't happen) finally after eating our nachos and they were 98% gone our food comes out. Keep in mind we paid $16:49 before tax for the traditional and boneless wings with just the dang fries....we get it and there's like 5 boneless wings and 5 bone in wings and the fry order was smaller then what you would pay for a medium fry at McDonald's. So our nachos we're cold, our meal that cost $17 pretty much wasn't even enough and the menu clearly lied to customers which I think they should fix. Overall we paid $30 for a meal that took them almost an hour to get to us (we was there for an hour and 20 minutes) and never seen our waiter and the few times I seen him I had to wave at him to order, or even get a refill!! We was all drinking water and we didn't get a refill for at least 15-20 minutes at one point because it's like he disappeared and wasn't seen for 20 minutes. I used to love this place but now I am so mad at myself for talking my husband into going because it was $30 wasted and it just made me so upset that they did not care about their customers at all and that alone was one of the 10 reasons why I didn't leave a tip and they will NEVER get our business ever again!! Also another thing they don't allow anyone with a conceal carry license to carry because God forbid we protect someone from an active shooter or something crazy that is happening in our world today! FYI don't eat here they won't give two craps about you or the service they...

I rarely ever eat here anymore. I thought it was just a problem with the franchise, but I’ve eaten at a couple other ones in other places that were actually really good, so I guess it’s just this location. If I do eat here, I usually order online and plan for 20-30 extra minutes of walking back inside multiple times to correct the order because it is rarely ever correct and they always forget something. I decided recently to eat in and we spent almost 15 minutes just getting someone to come to the host stand in the near empty restaurant on a Monday. Got to the table and it was covered in something sticky and still had straw wrappers on it and bits of food. We waited close to an hour for food to come out and it was only two entrees; chicken was so hard you couldn’t even bite into it or crush it with your hands, and it was so dry we had to ask the server for extra sauces— of which she never brought and I had to go to the host stand three different times to get them and the other things we asked for; each trip to the host stand I spent at least 10 mins waiting for someone to even come to the counter. My friend got some kind of chicken hot dog thing and it was literally just a bun— barely any chicken to fill it whatsoever. It took us about 2 hours to finish up here, especially since our receipt said it was printed 25 mins before it was ever brought to the table. I’ve worked food and absolutely hated it so I try to be extra forgiving and understanding when it comes to service and food, but god that trip was miserable and it made me remember why I don’t eat here anymore. Save yourself the time and money, they need a serious redo of literally everything and everyone working...

This is the 3rd time in a row my family & I have went here & been so thoroughly disappointed. After being sat, we waited at our table for 22 minutes without being greeted before I went to the counter & asked if we had a server. When the manager approached her, she said she had no idea we were there although she passed our table several times & looked at me & smiled. I just assumed we had a different server for our table. It took forever to get 1 of 2 appetizers. Longer than forever to get our food. Also my husbands drink needed changed in the back & we couldnt get anyone to the table until the first app was brought out, but the girl dropped it & ran. Finally got him a new drink after our food came out. Didn’t get one of my daughters food items, one of mine, and even my husband was missing food. Once we got it all I asked for a refill & she took off before I could ask for one for my daughter as well. When she did return & I asked for my daughter’s refill, we received an eye roll & attitude & “need anything else this time?” We intended on ordering dessert but our receipt was slapped down on the table & again ran away. Finally got her attention when she returned for payment & asked for dessert, boxes, & lids. We got a cold piece of cake straight from the fridge on a cold metal tray with no ice cream that was supposed to come with it. I asked if it was supposed to be heated & she jerked it out of my daughters hands as she gave us a new $100 receipt for all the piss poor service, horrible attitude, & incorrect food we asked for.
