Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ironton

Would rate zero if I could. Ordered wings and pizza. Wasn't informed that there were no wings until I got there after I already paid for it all. Had to refund the whole order and recharge for just the pizza. That wouldn't have been to huge of a deal if I had been informed of the no wings when I ordered them. Top it all off and the staff was rude AF. I remained polite thru it all and wished them well, "have a good night" I said on my way out and nothing. Rude young girl, acting as if this whole ordeal was my fault. No communication in the ordering process, no manners, rude and uneducated Staff. Southern Ohio at its finest. When we want quick takeout pizza, this is where we go. My visit on 1/15 involved friendly service. However, the order was called in because of the type and size of tge order. I arrived to pick it up 15 to 20 minutes later and it had been misplaced. I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for it to be finished. Although call ahead is an option, this is the second time in a row it hasn't been ready and a long wait followed. The wait the last time was the longest. I will say everything tasted good and hot and they totally rock the hot and ready items. Of course, I'm going to be back A LOT because we love the food and the price. Horrible customer service. Always Always a wait to even order, then once they do acknowledge your standing there to order... you gotta wait on a hot n ready definitely if you order a cheese pizza. Funny their description says no wait but that's all I've ever done visiting this location

I don't know if it's the people or ownership but I definitely wish there was a different location in our area with more friendly faces behind...
