Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ironton

This location has gotten my order wrong every time I have eaten here. One instance was a breakfast drive thru order of a crunch wrap with no meat. I have a severe anaphylactic allergy to red meat. They put bacon on it, and because it's completely wrapped up I took a bite before realizing they had put bacon on it. As a result, I had an allergic reaction. Thankfully I spit it out and did not swallow the bite, so my reaction was not as bad as it could have been. Another instance was a dine in order. I had two soft potato tacos. I asked them to remove the chipotle sauce because I have a sensitive stomach and can't handle spicy food. They did not remove it. I got my order, took a bite and taste the chipotle sauce. Looked at both taco and sure enough they both had it. I tried to eat it anyway but couldn't stand it. My husband took the tacos up to the register and nicely told them they were supposed to be made without the chipotle sauce because of my stomach. They said they were going to remake them. My experience here is always terrible, I wait for 20 minutes on my food to be prepared wrong and another 10 for them to fix it. They always know I said no lettuce as it said on my receipt, and they put it on there anyways everytime. I get cold chicken from there ALL the time! I know I have called in over 10 times on complaints due to them slopping my food together. Plus the cashier coughed and sneezed on my debit card then handed it back then she handled my food..placing it in a bag without gloves and of course not washing her hands! I always go back in hopes of better service and or management, but when the girl at the register is telling me about her old man going to prison and she is the smartest of the crew she works with, it doesn't say much about who...

My bf and I are in town visiting family, we decided to eat here because it was close and open late. Once we arrived, we weren't sure if we wanted to do drive thru or leave because they looked so busy. Once we finally made it through that long line, I was greeted by the sweetest woman on the speaker, again she was super nice once we got to the window. For some reason we didn't check our bag which is unusual, haha if this was a regular place for us we would never need to look in our bag. EVERYTHING was there, fresh, amazing looking and tasting.
