The Depot — Restaurant in Ironton

My family went to the Depot on Saturday evening for a birthday party. EVERY PERSON (12 attended) IN THE PARTY GOT FOOD POISONING!! (except the baby who didn't have sushi & one other member who didn't have sushi) Within two - four hours all of us were very sick all night long (I'll spare the details).

The waitress brought out appetizers that weren't ordered and then kept asking who was paying for the more than 6 appetizers. We ordered 3 total. We paid for them but that's shady.

While we were waiting on everyone, I ordered a caramel apple daiquiri and after drinking half of it, I saw a roach in the drink. They made me another before I could say I couldn't possibly drink another one. I was subsequently charged for the drink and asked for it to be taken off. They should have never charged for that regardless if I had the second one or not!!!!!!!!!!

The following day, one of the girls had left her purse and her boyfriend went back for it and they said that we didn't pay for the meals. My daughter paid for all of the meals and we reimbursed her. He didn't know and paid another $102 on the spot for the same thing she paid the night before. This restaurant is not CLEAN OR ETHICAL. I would not have given it any stars but to leave a review you have to give...

Was eating there yesterday and overheard the bartender cussing at the nice young lady that served us our food had plan on ordering drinks but after she called the server a c u n t out load we decided not to probably won't be back till that lady no longer works there very sad honestly people talk like that to others and allow that to go on in their business in front of customers

Update: I stopped in just to see if any changes had been made by management ...to my AMAZEMENT, they were short one employee, BUT NOT THE ONE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN GONE...The rude bartender was still there, and the sweet young lady that the woman verbally abused was no longer employed there!!!. This speaks volumes about the establishment and its "management" or lack of management is...

My 1st time! Steak is the idea! Except i cross the to Ironton Ohio, went to a diner but they dont serve steak only on fridays! In the Depot i am greeted excuse me can i help you?! Its more like welcome to the Depot how many in your party?. Im waiting for my server shes doing something at the kitchen although i can hear conversations of female n male. Good Menu except after 4 they serve steak. I should have went to outback. I ordered a appetizer n she said r u sure its only a fish on a rice. Really , good sales approach of your food. Then i ordered the salmon with fried rice. Taste is very good, but the salmon is half of a half not a steak cut salmon. I tip from 5- 10 or more! But this time 3. 2 stars fir now .i will come back to be a secret shopper...
