Subway — Restaurant in Irvine

This subway participates in the California EBT Restaurant Meals Program but acts like they don’t the costumer experience changes when you provide a EBT card for payment they will act like your holding the line and if your card declined because you accidentally pushed the wrong pin they will let the whole store know also the watch the Mexican blad guy he will skimp you on your toppings I got the #12 and he only gave me 1 mozzarella cheese when u get two and when I called him out he threw it on my already toasted sandwich poor service if you don’t have cash. My thing is don’t participate in the program if you don’t like the people that come in. because your restaurant obviously needs the money or they wouldn’t participate in the program. This was my second time using mobile app to order ahead (at the same location) and both times I had stale bread where the crust is falling off in little pieces. It was not toasted so the bread should be soft, but it's not. Maybe it's just this Subway in particular because I've never had this problem before. It really took away from the flavor and enjoyment of the sandwich as a whole. The ingredients in the sandwich tasted fresh and was made correctly, I just didn't like the crusty stale bread. Worst subway experience ive ever had. I came in and the store smelled like burning rubber, after i began to order my sandwich with a lady who barely spoke english it took 3 people and almost 20 minutes to finish my sandwich.
