ONE OF THE WORST hotels I have ever stayed at, and I have been alive for a very long time. If you have a complaint about people being too loud, don’t even mention it because they will turn it around and say you were the one being loud..Good thing we have most of the conversations recorded on how they acted and what they said so if it comes to that we have all the evidence we need! The cops called (multiple times for absolutely no reason!) To try and have us throw out. They couldn’t give a straight reason why we were getting kicked out they kept saying we were being rude and that we were causing noises. When would that was the reason we called them in the first place, and all the suddenly we were the ones causing noises which made no sense! craziest place I have ever stayed reminded me of a insane asylum. They gave us a hour to leave for no reason other than complaining and their excuse was someone else said some thing about us, which doesn’t make any sense because we complained first. Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful, and no regard for anyone but themselves, and talks back to you as if they’re inmates at a prison. Try to steal money since I had put down 10 days to stay there. They thought that they were going to keep $1500 to themselves since they kicked us out. Seems like they got some type of scam going on here and trying to con people out of their money, definitely needs to be looked at through the better part of business bureau and OSHA for the matter that we found roaches that were crawling around on our stuff, and it was brought to the staffs attention, and all she said was I’ll deal with it since when did she become pest control? Just got a major surgery done as well and they try to rush us out and have the police throw us out of the hotel and the police were just in shock by how rudely they were acting, especially in the state that I was in do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel. They are the most selfish unconcerned people I’ve ever met and they will not take good care of you and they have some type of scheme going on here and taking peoples money when you don’t Stay. definitely going to have an attorney look at further into what is going on here because something is definitely off. and the original complaint was that I called for was children, jumping up and down on the bed at 12 PM screaming on top of their lungs, but that was not even looked into it all. It was just calling to tell them that we got in trouble and got the police called tell me how much sense that makes. And the cherry on top. They tried to charge us a late fee for leaving when they just kicked us out one hour ago and I just got major surgery done and they said we weren’t leaving fast enough and I’m not supposed to be using my arms at all, so you can tell how caring of a hotel they are. Do you yourself a favor and spend a little more money if you want to be treated like a human being and actually have a good nights rest because it’s not happening there, including their infestation they have going on that they...

The Hotel was a rip off. They don't abide to the commitments also super cheat. I was promised a continuation on my stay at the same rate, later they denied the commitment also. Asked for a email confirmation of commitment, Illiyana the lady didn't explain this to me and later said that "we had already checked you out for previous week and you must have been tired after returning from work so you must have not understood what I said", let me ask if they have an email for explaining me all this? , the manager was no help either he was worse actually. Charged me variables every night, 40-50 $ extra than the committed price for 6 days (which was in continuation of my earlier stay of 6 days - 129$) , stating that they were sold out, which makes no sense, seems like they checked me out and checked me in every night. The front desk is absolute useless, one has to send multiple reminders for cleaning service. Besides being a super cheat and rude, the hotel is not a complete suite, as they don't have a proper kitchenette funny they have a mini fridge to call themselves suites, how can suites have mini fridge? So you can't store much, but they don't have a restaurant either. The ready food at Hotel Market is not checked for dates etc. I had upset stomach for 3 days picking up some microwaveable stuff. Don't forget you can't store packed food from outside either as you have mini fridge. There is no laundry at the hotel, what you are given an option is go to another close by shady hotel and use a coin operated machine that's best Hampton suite can arrange, so you sit there for hours doing laundry. I had worst experience of all my stays. I was in Residence Inn Marriott at San Jose for 2 weeks before coming down to Irvine, no problem at all. I chose to move to Irvine Marriott after a nightmare of stay for 12 days which was a rip off even. Stayed at Irvine Marriott for 7 nights no problem at all, stay was logical, staff was warm and welcoming. Food no problem as they have a restaurant hence having a mini fridge in the room makes sense at Irvine Marriott. Gym, Pool, no issues at all at Irvine Marriott. Price almost same, actually better considering the facilities at Irvine Marriott. Hampton suite was a rip off. Oh yeah and Parking, they have no sense of one using a parking or not, they will charge you by default. I had to get it reversed multiple times. They have no systems of notes I think as soon as the front desk person changes, they next shift person can do anything with your account. Have fun ride on your...

Overall, my experience here at the Hampton Inn Suites was a good one. Clean room, great breakfast, and nice view from the room. The housekeepers did a great job with the room being as clean as it can be. I will still give this hotel a 5 stars since the hotel, itself, was a very nice one at that. However, my only issue was the front desk receptionist. I wish I had got his name so that the manager can talk to him about being more precise when it comes to booking online. All I know is that he is a Latino man and he was a little rude and disorganized. Anytime I check in with the Hilton hotels, I always come at 3:00pm sharp. When I checked in, I got this sweet young woman who checked me in and was very precise about the pricing (even the ridiculous 24$ parking per night) and she was fairly new at her job. And, the Latino man was next to her trying to inform her that she kept doing certain things wrong. So, mind you, when it was time to check out, I checked out like I usually do and they usually let me know that everything is set and fine then I go on my day. That same Latino man was informing me that the booking online didn't necessarily take my card; even though, my email said I had a reservation for that day and they already charged my credit card. I usually check it just in case for reasons like this. He then goes and tells me that next time I should double check that and inform the front desk receptionist to other hotels to make sure that my credit card went in thoroughly in the system. Like what? I never had a problem with my credit card in the past and I know it still works. I never have to do that. I have been to many Hilton hotels and it goes so smoothly. He was trying to prove a point that didn't make sense or was not clear. Please talk to the Latino man (and I am a Latino man myself) and if I knew his name then I would of said his name, but I forgot to ask him what his name was. My hotel room was perfect, but he is just awful and I needed to mention this. Let's hope my credit card was not charged twice or I will have a problem...

This is one of the best Hampton brand hotels that I've stayed in and over the last few years I've stayed at multiple Hampton brand hotels from Colombia, to Netherlands. Over the last 3 years I've stayed at this specific Hampton in Irvine for approximately 4 months in total (if I add all the stays up) Although the Hampton brand is technically a 3 star hotel chain, this Hampton gives 4 and 5 star places a run for their money. Staff: 5 Stars Location: 5 Stars Rooms: 5 Stars Room amenities: 5 Stars Parking: 5 Stars Shuttle: (Bonus stars) I've added 360 photos of the rooms and all the key areas. The staff here are next level. The Selfie in the photos is with John who is one of the managers. The last time I stayed here was 4 months ago and this time when I checked I didn't even have to give him my name as he remembered it. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and done pretty well (See 360 photos). Each room also has closet space with hangers etc... It's located walking distance from John Wayne. I've walked here from with a couple suitcases a few times (just use Google maps) The buffet breakfast is pretty good and everything is fully stocked. Plus there is free tea and coffee available around the clock. The bar is also pretty decent. Free wifi has decent speed. Just measured it at 12 Mbps download and 11 Mbps upload The gym has plenty of machines both cardio and weights. (See 360 photo) There is plenty of parking space and I've never had any problem parking here (See 360 photo). If renting a car during your stay one good option is to walk to John Wayne airport and rent the car. Upon returning it you can then just walk back to the hotel afterwards. Note: If you need to do Laundry the nearby Atrium hotel has a coin laundry just ask front desk for directions. Amazing hotel with amazing staff including: John Eric Iesha Christian Enrique Lily Alison Sebastian Marisol

"Disappointed with Lost Tablet, Accusations, and Security Concerns" I recently stayed at this place and had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, I accidentally left my tablet samsung galaxy S9, in the room, which was a crucial device for me as a student . Upon realizing , I immediately contacted the hotel, hoping they would help me recover it. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that they did not find the tablet. This was concerning, as I had left it in a visible and obvious place which was on the desk by the window in the room. To make matters worse, I later discovered that someone had accessed my google accounts through the tablet, they changed the profile picture of my accounts, raising even more alarms for me about the security and honesty of the hotel's operations. When I spoke to the manager named "John" about the issue, instead of helping me resolve the problem, they accused me of lying about the whole situation. This accusation was both hurtful and unprofessional, adding insult to injury during an already stressful situation. Worried about the access to my personal information and bank accounts, I contacted the police department to file a report. However, they informed me that I couldn't file a report unless I was losing money or there were any changes in my credit. This left me feeling helpless and even more frustrated. The lack of assistance and empathy from the hotel staff during this situation was incredibly disappointing. Losing a valuable item is one thing, but the possibility of a breach of personal information is alarming. I expected more from a hotel of this reputation. I cannot recommend this hotel to others and urge future guests to be cautious with their belongings. Here is attached proof that my profile was changed under different name and birthday without my authorization, which further confirms my concerns.

you could have a rough check-in experience like i did if your employer is covering the bill. both front desk staff appeared careless about my explanation that my employer put their card on file for the room and insisted i use my card and "work things out in the morning" not knowing most work travelers have to leave early for meetings, appointments... i waited an extra half hour while the after hours travel store tried to resolve the situation with them, which finally worked. the elderly guy was apologetic after, which was nice. i truly believe the guys have their heart in the right place but need some training on communication. the room was clean and regular sized. the usb charge port didn't work. Lucky for me, i brought a wall plug in. the sink countertop, located in the room (apart from the bathroom) needs to be changed to direct the water into the sink or be removed because water leaking along the sides is a breeding ground for mold. the elevator takes a long time to arrive. the bed was decent, and the pillows were super comfy. yes, the doors do slam shut as another reviewer mentioned. this is one thing that baffles me about any hotel, having doors that slam shut. shower took twice as long due to insufficient water pressure. breakfast was good, could've been better if the egg section, which was split in two, would've had plain scrambled eggs and the veggie omelet in the other since hot meat was already in another section, but there were absolutely no veggie options. this was the biggest straw that brought the rating to 3 stars. liked the location, right across the street from the airport, and strangely no plane sounds. may look for other options because of the lack of variety in breakfast.
