Braum's, a delightful fusion of restaurant, grocery store, and ice cream parlor, has been a recurrent source of joy for me. With each visit, I am consistently enamored by the exceptional quality of their offerings and the reasonable prices they maintain. As a first-time reviewer, I am eager to extol the virtues of this establishment that has captured my heart.
Nestled in the heart of Dallas, Texas, Braum's is a haven for those seeking not only delectable ice cream but also a range of culinary delights. The cornerstone of my visits has been their A2 graded milk, a testament to their commitment to freshness and excellence. It's no surprise that their milk serves as the foundation for their velvety ice cream, creating a symphony of flavors that are nothing short of divine.
During my recent escapade to Braum's, I embarked on a journey of indulgence by ordering a sundae adorned with a double scoop of German chocolate and almond chocolate ice cream. The presentation was a feast for the eyes, and the first spoonful transported me to a realm of pure delight. The ice cream was exquisitely creamy, a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on my palate. The generous dollop of whipped cream, decadent hot fudge, and vibrant cherry were the proverbial icing on the cake, elevating the experience to a new echelon of satisfaction.
What sets Braum's apart is not merely the scrumptious fare they offer, but the remarkable value they provide. In an era where quality often comes at a premium, Braum's remains a refreshing exception. It's a place where families, friends, and individuals can relish in the pleasures of high-caliber ice cream, bakery treats, mouthwatering hamburgers, and an array of other delectables, all without breaking the bank.
In a country bustling with culinary options, Braum's shines as a beacon of affordability without compromising on quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to all who seek an affordable indulgence without sacrificing the joys of top-tier milk, ice cream, and more. My recent sundae encounter only solidified my admiration for Braum's, and I eagerly anticipate returning to their warm embrace in the...
Read moreHi! I just had a terrible experience at this Braum’s on Tuesday, March 11. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru for two large limeades, even though it wasn’t a busy night when I arrived. When it was finally my turn to receive my drinks, the wait was far longer than it should have been. At one point, an employee who was taking food to other cars stopped and asked what I had ordered, so I assumed she would bring it to me soon but more time passed, and nothing happened. Eventually, I got out of my car and went inside. I spoke with a man who seemed to be the manager, and he started making my order. No one inside even realized there was an order still waiting to be delivered. To make matters worse, I overheard a teenage employee telling his boss, “I asked them in English what they ordered, and they just blankly stared at me.” That never happened. He had actually attended to us at the drive-thru window and told us to pull forward after paying. His false comment was completely unnecessary, and I didn’t appreciate it. Overall, this experience was frustrating due to poor communication between the employees and management. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend going to a different...
Read moreI frequent this place as I literally live 4 minutes away. I asked for a simple small vanilla frozen yogurt in a cone with pecans. I was given a small vanilla frozen yogurt in a cone with WALNUTS!!! The only reason I'm taking the time out to leave this review is because after making them aware that they were WALNUTS I was approached by a "Manager" whose name is George that argued that they were pecans and then mocking me as I chewed one to let him know that I know that I still am tasting a walnut. The manager that actually had a tag that said "Manager" was a lot more professional but still argued that they we pecans. IDK where the mixup is but they were definitely WALNUTS. Needless to say I got my money back because at this point after having to pull over and go inside I no longer wanted my cone. I myself work in customer service and we apologize for everything and double check everything when we have a customer complaint. They're WALNUTS not Pecans and never patronize anyone that just wants a simple pleasure. George needs a quick work ethics check because had he never patronized me I would've...
