Place is small and compact. First visit was interesting how the set up is. Stand in the middle until called they get your order either by writing it down or memorizing it. They charge you at the end so you wait but again the place is small so not the best. Got the elote. The elote itself is mediocre but the hot sauce it soo good it’s a shame that the elote was not to up to par. It has so much cheese at the bottom that I am asking myself did I ask for extra cheese or are they trying to cut corners by removing some corn. Elotes y Antojitos La Banana is hands down one of the best spots I’ve visited for authentic Mexican street food. The elotes are perfectly prepared – creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor in every bite. I also tried the esquites and the takis preparados, and they were both out of this world!
