Taco Bell — Restaurant in Irving

This taco bell was the worst ever i went thru the drive thru to order food for my daughter before her game i got told to go back thru the line bec i was seeing what my daughter wanted i guess i was taking to long then when i started ordering the food they were rushing me then being rude i came up to the window the lady named kayla was rude i asked for more sauce she yelled at the lady in the back she wants more she hand me 2 i drove off then called in to ask for a Manager she said are you the lady they just lefted i said yes she said i got your license plate then hung up in my face then i started getting blocked calls and it was the lady named Kayla she was calling and harassing me and threaten me, then she started calling from her regular number so I called this morning to try to talk to a manager. to let them know how they work they guy answered and he was rude as well he hung up in my face, so I called corporate and reported them. I’m waiting on a higher manager to call me thru there corporate office to go from there but this taco bell sucks and it doesn’t need to be opened frfr i don’t even want to give them a 1 star at all that’s how bad it is smh And i for got to say the food had hair in it my daughter didn’t even eat hers at all it’s all still sitting in the bag with the drinks sorry but not sorry i will never go to that taco bell again i will make sure everyone that i know don’t go either this taco bell needs to be closed down or everyone that works there needs...

yesterday I went to buy a breakfast meal and asked for bacon but received sausage instead despite This error, the morning crew was very polite especially the woman. I called later that day to report the mistake and spoke with Ashley the supervisor who was also very polite and promised me a remake. she said I could go anytime in the morning and that she'd write my information down. I go today in the morning before she promised to arrive and went through drive through skipping the intercom and went directly to the window. the lady greets me with "I said hello, you didn't hear me?" I responded, " I have a replacement meal..." she says " You can't order through the window, you'll have to go around..." (never provided me with a logical reason for it) so I went around and ordered at the intercom and when I got to the window she says "ma'am I told you that you can't order through the window you'll have to come inside....because I will have to put the order in through the computer at the front!" (raising her voice might I add) this was ms. lavetta. I will be calling corporate as none of this made any sense nor was she specific with her instructions and decides to get an attitude with me?

just an update I called 2 times for Ashley and apparently she never showed because I was told she was not in I even waited for her this taco...

Was on my way to go swimming and we decided to stop and get lunch first.. Went to the drive-thru an ordered a beefy melt burrito, a chicken quesadilla and two nacho french fries.. Once I got to the window the young lady with the short hair took the money gave me my change back shut the window.. I waited 10 minutes for her to open the window again just to say "hiiii that will be $10.98..."... (the ppl behind me's order) LOL ...... ummm... you never gave me my food love.... she realize what she did and she closed the door immediately and looked behind her and said y'all I messed somethingup .. then she proceeded to open the window again look at me and say that they were out of french fries?? What?? LOL I just asked for a refund she asked me to come inside.. So I did.. whenever I went inside she TOLD me all off tone for me to swipe my card after she knows she just took cash from me.. I reminded her that I paid her in cash so she gave me the cash back for the fries they were "out of" then telling me the whole fryer crashed. Then the gentleman that were working kitchen came up to me and gave me two bags.. One bag that had and then twists and other items in it which wasn't my order and then the other bag was only a chicken quesadilla no burrito lol.. Thisssssss location needs help. Or at least THAT...
