Taco Bell — Restaurant in Irving

Good morning to all. Well you know how I do I have to give God his praise without him I wouldn't have made it to be able to reply to the experiences that I have had. So yesterday I decided to stop at Taco Bell on Shady Grove in Irving. This is my second time going by there well you know they have that 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. happy hour on the drinks. Well they also have the dollar menu I had one of them Frito burritos I couldn't help myself it was rocking if you know what I mean. The atmosphere was good the temperature of the food was excellent and the cashier I just can't help myself I really going to have to tell you this young lady had to smile that can lighting up the whole building. Her spirit is so beautiful just by talking to her and seeing this beauty all over her face I couldn't help but to brag about her when I went home and told my husband. I asked her what her name was she told me but it is kind of hard to pronounce her name. I guess one of these days I will try to learn some more Spanish maybe somebody will feel sorry for me and teach me some Spanish words a lot more in this days of time you need to learn how to speak Spanish. I have some really neat friends they aren't Hispanic people and very polite to me and also my family. But my experience yesterday was one of the best time that I have ever had in Taco Bell not that I have had problems in the past but it just make you feel so good will you got someone taking your order listening at you and giving you I contact. And you can tell she is well-trained and very good customer service and is very important to customers. You know in these days a time that they have a happy hour drinks and also dollar menu to get nachos and burritos and other little food that they have on the menu that is very great for this generation. Went back in the days when I was growing up we didn't have all of this dollar stores and also dollar menus at restaurants and we didn't have happy hours for drinks and slushes that they have today's. And being a Christian woman that I am I appreciate the little things and also being able to enjoy the meals that I go in pick up every now and then. Being a customer a different places that I have been to I really do appreciate the hard working people that I have came in contact with. I think it would be nice if as customers let these hardworking people know that we appreciate them. I will say that my experience yesterday was very worth going back again thank you so much for the finest that you showed me and others keep up the good work it will pay off sooner or later to the Taco Bell and staff on Shady Grove...

I wouldn't give them 1 star but I have to atleast one. I went through the drive through one night pulled in about 1:15am there was a vehicle at the speaker waiting to place an order while, I was waiting a vehicle pulled in behind me in the mean time i could not go no where I sat in the drive waiting and waiting the guy in front of me must really have wanted tacos because he waited for 20 min no joke in the mean time cars was lining up I had just got back into town with my daughter it was late and she wanted tacos the essential person was at the counter in the dinning area just ignoring the fact that there was a line almost out to the street when the guy finally decided to move on I followed him finally was able to get out of taco bell but my daughter still wanted tacos so I took her to Jack n the box and got her the 2 for .99 cents and she was happy and I was tired I'm a little late on making this review but I can never get back that 20 to 25 min I sat in the drive through blocked in I understand some hours of operations have been changed at alot of places but atleast put a sign up at the speaker stating the hours of operations so i suggest not going to this taco bell if u want some late night food i dont know if they was closed or the person just didnt want to take no orders but Jack n the box will take ur order 24/7 and my wife just told me as I'm writing this that she went one day and the tortillas was molded so if u eat there make sure u ask them to...

Welp. This is going to take some getting used to...Computer Screen Service or either Use the Application on Your Phone🤔. I wasn't aware that I needed to goto the counter and inform the Staff that I had placed my order. The Attendees were engulfed and engaged in Their own convo, occasionally glacing over at me. I guess, They thought that I didn't have anything else going on and I just dropped in to take a load off. The Drive~thru Worker eventually left her area to wipe at some tables and walk the lobby. First She smiled at me walking by not saying a word. After returning to her station I heard her say "he is just sitting there". Another Employee then asked, "Did you make an order, What's your name?" I chuckled for a moment, then She grabbed a bag of food that was sitting 😳. I then saw my name and and thanked her.
