I visited this ice cream shop with my husband and children, excited for a treat together. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but sweet. The two young female employees working at the time made it very clear they were not happy to serve us. Their attitude was unwelcoming from the start, and what shocked me most was one of them throwing a cup into the garbage with such anger and disrespect, it was truly the worst behavior I’ve ever seen in a customer-facing role.

Carvel's product selections have been cut in half over the last few years and they have just let the place run down. They are never open at the posted times, and once they do open, the products are not ready to serve. So you wait at the door for 20 minutes past opening time, then you wait 30 minutes for the soft serve to be ready. That all appears to be because they cut back on their staff.
