Walmart in this town is like that one reliable friend who’s always there sometimes on time, sometimes not, but you can count on them to show up. It’s basically your only portal to a slice of the mainland, which is a blessing, especially when you need something that’s not locally sourced or mysteriously unavailable elsewhere. However, stepping into Walmart is a bit like playing a game of roulette. Customer service? Sometimes you hit the jackpot with a friendly, helpful associate; other times, it’s like you’ve stumbled into a black hole of indifference. The availability of reputable brands is equally unpredictable since one minute you’re stocking up on trusted products, the next you’re left wondering if the store’s inventory manager is on a secret mission to confuse shoppers. Professionalism? Well, that’s the wild card. You might encounter employees who handle their duties with the precision of a Swiss watch, or you might find yourself in a scene that feels more like an improv comedy show, unintentional but oddly entertaining. On the bright side, some things are consistently on point. The aisles are clean enough to eat off of and the food section is clearly staffed by folks who take pride in their work. It’s comforting to know that while the rest of the experience is a gamble, the basics like cleanliness and food care are reliably solid. Thus, shopping at this Walmart is a bit like a box of chocolates you never know what you’re gonna get, but at least the store is clean enough to enjoy it. Read moreRead moreWaited almost 2 hours (and counting as I wait here) for a return because I didn’t have a receipt. All American Walmart’s accept their merchandise without receipts. When I mentioned I have returned a 400$ go pro at an American Walmart that was purchased at their Walmart and without receipts before and all they had to to was search their system for the sale or item then they agreed to look for it but this took another 45 minutes. One of their customer service agents was definitely not happy working there (re: short hair lady with glasses named Irma). This is the worst service I’ve had from a Walmart. Slow agents, unknowledgeable staff, that should not have the job when they are clearly unhappy working there. Give someone who wants to do customer service
I needed help sending money Walmart to Walmart from Saint Cloud FL store to Isabela to my uncle and the people who were working during 5pm today Monday, July 14th were incompetent and not willing to assist. In addition according to them and to the instructions of Store Manager Antonio Rivera, anyone who is in line to get money has to HANG UP THEIR PHONES IN ORDER TO GET THE FUNDS SENT BY THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. My uncle has the worst treat ever by the female and male -Johny working today at around 5:20 pm. When called the store, the lady working at about 5:20pm at the customer service counter did not allow me to speak to the manager on duty. She took the call and responded according to what she assumed was right, but never connected me with the manager. Lastly, she hang up on me. My uncle, a well known gentleman- Jose Manuel Girald Gonzalez was treated with discrimination and was instructed to hang up a call according to the Walmart policy when receiving money and according to Antonio Rivera Store Manager. I was guiding him to open a text and show the receipt with the reference number at the time.
UNACCEPTABLE AND TOTALLY DISCRIMINATORY. I DEMAND AND ANSWER TO THE UNPLEASANT SITUATION! THANK...
