Mi Encanto — Restaurant in Isabela

Sad to say that my coworker and I looked forward to the food from this place and unfortunately we did not enjoy it at all. We ordered on May 19th 2022, grilled chicken, fried plantains and a salad. The first thing I asked before ordering was if the plantains are freshly homemade and not the frozen ones to which I was replied with a yes….NOT!!!! They were the frozen ones which were all stale and hard to bite on. The chicken was a leg quarter and was all dry. We also ordered a piece of Nutella strawberry cheesecake which cost $2.50 and were shocked to see what a very thin slice it was. Not worth $2.50 at all. The mayo ketchup, green salad and the sad little piece of cheesecake were the only things we were able to eat. Obviously it was our first and will be the last time eating their food!!!
