Martin's BBQ — Restaurant in Isabela

I used to love this place, but it has recently gone to **. There is always an issue now. They forget something, there's something floating in a drink, or hair in the food. Today was the topper, I WILL NOT RETURN. As I walk in, I see the woman look at me.....(I'm alone). While she is charging the customers that were ahead of me, a man walk in, right to the counter, not social distancing at all, and when she is done he asks her a question. She answers, then proceeds to take is order, didn't even acknowledge me. I'm at a place that serves food, I'M HUNGRY!!!! Instead of flippin out, I leave. I call the place, a guy answers. I explain what happens and he says "We're all human, and we make mistakes". WHAT?????? I told him that I am aware, but that they should train their staff to ask if people are together, not to assume. Then I said it was ignorance, and him comment shows he is more ignorant that her, and hung up.....I was obviously upset. Train your staff Martin's, YOU'RE...

I'm from the US and was only visiting for a few weeks. I came on 2 separate occasions and both times they didn't have ribs. The first time I came on July 4th and they said that ribs are only available Thursday - Sunday. I came back tonight and they still didn't have ribs. Not good...

Love Martin's BBQ. Always have a great selection. If you are visiting PR, go to this place. I don't love too many places here, but this place is a definite must visit. I have never been disappointed by their food. Not always the friendliest people work here, but the food never...
