Plenty of seating options and bathrooms for customers. The Mofongo was freshly prepared (all of the food/drinks were) and was light in consistency while rich in flavor with the hints of garlic and pan fry. I sampled the yucca (savory with butter sauce and onions) and Amarillos (sweet fried plantains) as well. My partner loved her iced latte. We tried their breakfast sandwiches and French toast, and everything was so good! The second truck has lunch and dinner options, and yikes, that trifongo was insanely good! The third truck is all about drinks and treats like ice cream. They had monster-flavored lemonades, and they were also great. We tried the strawberry and the tamarind lemonades. We loved the whole setup and came back the next day for more. We loved it so much. Highly...
