Do NOT stay here! This place is terrible. We stayed here last night and I honestly can't wait to get the heck out of here. Our room is disgusting and wasn't cleaned right. There were poop smears left in the toilet from the previous guest, luckily there was at least a toilet brush for me to scrub them off, but it was completely ridiculous and unacceptable that I had to do so.

The carpet is also so dirty it's actually sticky under our bare feet - like so sticky that when we go to the bathroom our feet are sticking slightly to the linoleum! I have never stayed somewhere so filthy in my entire life!

Then there's the bed, which is more like a medieval torture device than anything else. There's absolutely no cushion to it. It's just thin fabric over springs, which you can hear creaking anytime you slightly move. My husband and I are in so much pain right now and a barely slept last night. Our shoulders and back are absolutely killing us!

The plan was to eat breakfast at the restaurant here, but now we're not going to because there's no way the food is decent or sanitary if they think it's acceptable to rent rooms with poop smeared toilets and sticky carpets out to people. I'm not willing to risk food poisoning, thanks. I'm going to shower and then we're going to get the heck out of...

We made reservations for this place about a month ago for a wedding of one of my best friends. Upon arrival, we did not find anywhere to check in. We eventually made contact with the receptionist at the bar downstairs who gave us the number for the manager. The first two calls went unanswered. Eventually after 20 minutes waiting, we made contact with the manager who apparently sent a confirmation text to a wrong number so we never received instructions on how to enter the property and get to our room. She was also very rude to my fiancé after she pronounced her name incorrectly. After waiting another 20 minutes for the code to get in the room we decided to go to another hotel that we could actually get access to. Would not recommend staying here if you have an event to go to seeing as this circus almost resulted in us being late to the wedding. There are much better hotels in Elk Grove for about the same price. Hopefully, the manager will do the right thing and refund us the money that we are owed for a room we did not use.

Follow up with the manager, they will not be dropping the charge. They failed to confirm that we received instruction to get in and did not send us the entry code in a timely manner. Do not recommend this place to...

Went for breakfast, ordered the country fried steak. I will say the steak was good flavor-wise but a tiny amount of food to pay $16.00 for. I ordered the eggs sunny side up and the whites of the eggs were still 1/3 translucent, very undercooked and inedible. The service was terrible. Even though we were the only customers in the place the waitress only came to take our order, bring our food, then bring our check. The bathroom was uncleaned, floor was in disrepair, trash can was stuffed full even though it was an hour and a half after opening, and I really think we were the first customers of the day since they hadn't made coffee yet when we came in.
