We experienced a few problems. While passing through town for lunch we found them through a search online. Online menu prices do not match restaurant price. From what I could tell, there was one woman who handled orders and cooking. The place was dead. However our order was incorrect. The appetizer we ordered was the roulette crab rangoon 1/2 spicy (we asked how the spicy was). When they came to the table we asked which one was spicy. She said none were, that the other ones weren't thawed , then told us she would get cold and fake shivered. And asked if we wanted spicy ones. My coworker said yes please. I ordered the hot and sour soup that came late and was not what I ordered. When I asked about the hot and sour soup she said "no you ordered hot and spicy I wish hot and sour it would have been easier" I told her I could try it. I wasn't able to eat it. There was to much grease. We never got a refill of water the entire time there. When the check finally came my total was over $10 more then my original order. Overall a bad experience with poor...
Read morePineapple is, hands down, our favorite Chinese restaurant. We make the drive from Lodi for their excellent menu and friendly service. It's been the only place in a long time where my husband can find his favorite pineapple beef dish. I particularly enjoy their garlic sauce chicken. We take all our out of town guests there. The restaurant itself has a lovely, homey feeling dining room and is not overly crowded or loud. There's usually a puzzle on a corner table that patrons can help complete if they choose, which is a fun addition. When we order takeout our food is always packaged with care. We've been visiting since 2021 and won't settle for...
Read moreVery flavorful and filling Chinese food. Drove down from Elk Grove to taste this food and it was very good. We had the Cashew Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp. The chow mein was okay but the entrees were the star of the show, which I guess, is truly what matters. The sauce on the cashew chicken was absolutely wonderful and the dish included a wonderful serving of vegetables. The honey walnut shrimp was a bit sweet, but prepared very well, and was presented in a unique way. Highly recommend both dishes. Will stop by again if I'm craving some Chinese food while...
