McDonald's — Restaurant in Jackson Township

I went to this place for awhile but I stopped going their for a year because they treat costumers rudly and the orders are always cold and you can see the restaurant is very dirty and unclean. The food looks unpleasing and disgusting to eat. Today me and my daughter went to get ice cream their and I showed her the code for a discount on it. She told us to pull up to the front and said that she didn't do the two orders that we asked for she put it in one order and told us that we had to go around again. We specifically asked to pay for one ice cream cone and she said sure. When we pulled up to the window the girl gave us to ice creams that were melted and unpleasing to eat. We were confused and offered the money for the 2 ice cream but she declined so we left paying for 2 ice creams instead of one. The lady had a very rude tune and was giving us attitude. She even told us that we had to go around twice to make the second order even when we told her that we wanted to do two separate orders. It's not about the money it's about the respect that they should give the costumers.😢😢 She treats the costumers as if they don't understand...

Food is always fresh here and the service is always fast. Inside there is always plenty of seating, its clean, stocked and cared for. Typically my family uses drive thru which is always great but we have also enjoyed many meals inside as well. If I could change one thing it would be that the employees are told to ask if your using the app as soon as you get to the drive thru. If you ask them for a moment to load the code or figure out what deal you can use you will be asked multiple times in a quick time frame if your ready. I managed McDonalds for many years as a GM. Kinda happy we didnt have to deal with the app, I feel like it slows things down and makes things less personable at...

I was disappointed with my today's visit to your establishment. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers a medium fry and a vanilla milkshake it took 22 minutes at the drive thru to get my order at the time I was the only person in line. The girl handing out the food wouldn't come to the window even after I knocked to ask her what the holdup was. I'll go to Burger King next time. If I hadn't already paid I would have just left, the burger was good, the fry's were cold and shriveled. A disappointed day...
