Chitlins tasted 4 years old from the freezer and dirty. The ribs were boiled then baked and I didn't even try the sides because the mac and cheese was void of color and seasoning not even a speckle of pepper the baked beans looked like pork and beans with sugar (white sugar). I left the highway and drove 5 mi out of my way while traveling from mi to tx so needless to say I was starving and that didn't make my drive any easier. The building is very small and one step away from being filthy. The girl at the counter was nice, the cook was mad and the owner said he never had any complaints. If you are a person that cooks there is no way you could or would rate this food more than a 2. The locals tongue must b devoid of taste buds to have...

Everything was cold. Fish was good. Pull pork was ok. Wings was good. All sides was cold, but good after warming up at home. Could of been better. Maybe I'm being picky as a foodie. But not for me. Sides I ordered was Mac n cheese, sweet potatoes, greens, green beans, and mashed potatoes with gravy. My son said mashed potatoes tasted weird to him. I enjoyed the most was the sweet potatoes with some greens and fish. Pulled pork sandwich was ok. Drove an hour to try it and idk if I'ma do out again. Ordered on a Sunday ,didn't feel like cooking and all I can say is I should have, eventually ended up cooking a different meal anyway .I ordered pulled pork sandwiches they had no fries so my 2 sides I chose were sweet potato and Mac n cheese... 🤢 Sweet potato,stringy and mush,Mac n cheese DRY, my meat on my sandwich was almost too salty the Cole slaw helped and was the only thing good on my plate food wise.....money and time...
