Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Jackson

We got there 30 minutes before closing. Went to go in to eat and was told the inside was closed. Went through the drive through. We ordered two 3pc with fries and a biscuit. Was charged full price. Then told they only had green beans. We kindly declined them. We ended up with 1 bag with a breast and thigh, the other a leg and 2 thighs. No biscuit or anything else. The worse part was there was a man at the drive-thru where you order begging for money. He was tapping on your window. After you pick up your food he would following you all the way up there and ask it again. He appeared to be homeless...

Chicken was very well done. First time I'd eaten fried Chicken in several months. Service was good. My order of the Shrimp meal was a little disappointing. Was expecting a pictured Shrimp meal like on the board above the front registers. I pushed my Comrade out of the way because of the excitement of seeing the picture of the Golden Shrimp. Has the lowest level of customer service. Lacks basic communication skills concerning being out of food. Lacks concern of having customers waiting to receive their food when told to pull around the side. Shows favortism towards family and friends by giving them their order first when other customers been waiting 45 minutes prior. Never fully staffed which results in longer wait time and mistakes being made which equals to poor handling of food. DONT STOP HERE IF YOU DESIRE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOUR HARD WORKED...
