Tried calling multiple times between 8:00 am and 8:30 am to order a box of joe, not once did anyone pick up the phone. Went to their shop to oreder there and wait until it was done. When I ordered the young lady paused then decided that you need to order the box of joe a day ahead of time. Now this doesn't make any sense, not only have I purchased this many times in the past but what possible value is there in a 24hr notice. I asked the young lady when they had changed to a 24hr notice she told me that she'd been working there for 5 years and it had always been that way. She restated the she was not going to make the coffee. I went to Panera Bread right down the road and got exactly what I wanted. Turns out I should thank Cups, I found a higher quality, lower priced coffee because of their poor customer service. Thank you for helping me to find a better place for my business.
