Just left and got the new Nashville Hot wings. The sauce on the wings are straight GREASE with a little heat added, no flavor at all. I also ordered a chicken little sandwich dipped in Buffalo sauce and that was hotter than the greasy wings I received. I only have a 30 min lunch break so I didn't pull over to taste my food before I left, but I did take a look at it (to make sure my wings were fully dipped) before I pulled off. Staff here is typically friendly, but we've had incorrect orders somewhat often.

Another issue is they don't ever seem to have food ready to go at 11, or they don't have enough of a particular item prepared and ready at 11. For example if you order 2 $5 fill ups with Spicy, you may get 1 spicy and 1 original, or you may get no spicy and 2 original, but unfortunately you won't know until you get to your destination and actually cut into...

I was told my order would be ready in 3 mins & 4 seconds, 10 minutes later my food was not ready or delivered to my car as promised. I had to return to drive thru to remind them unwas waiting on my order & the lady didn't even remember my order ( 5 pc tender meal with mashed potatoes). When it was handed to me I was given a box of 6 tenders & a box of potato wedges & a mini lemon cake. I would have preferred an apology & correct side order.
