I just left Krystal, I go most every morning. I ask for a low carb breakfast Bacon scramble egg and cheese. $3.91, I know my price by heart. I normally get the sausage but it be burnt. After talking to the manager Vickie, she made it right! I was not asking for my money back just letting her know for the last 3 days, it was not right. So I call and told her about it. She told me when I come to the drive-thru window ask for her. I did only to make sure my the order was correct. I have never asked for money back or got angry. So today when I went the manager on duty last name was Moore. I told them I want scrambled egg and bacon cheese, low carb. I ask when I got to the window was the egg scrambled the manager Moore said yes. They have me the liquid eggs. So when I got to my destination and open my food up to eat I saw it was not what I ask for. I called got the manager Moore explain to him, he went to debate Systematic with me by saying you said scrambled. Well I told him how do you cook liquid or powder eggs sir. Don't you stir them up? He hung up on me. That did it! I then wanted my money back. I drove back up there and ask for my money and gave him the food back. I then call the health dept and told them. They said, he was not supposed to take the food. He was to tell you that you can throw it away. His customer's service attitude was the worse. We came here we had a storm lights was out these people are not known for having the best or the fastest service. But I can't say they've gotten better with customer service. I called I didn't get an answer because I wanted to speak to the young man that's a manager on duty. First of all shouldn't be a manager horrible customer service. I came in and watch people waiting for 10 15 20 minutes for the order and to place an order. I left something and came all the way back home had my daughter ordered for me and it still wasn't ready. I never once heard him say hello thank you you're welcome. Aldi's older people waiting patiently the only words that came out of his mouth is here you go. I'm going to reach out to corporate when people wait in line patiently without complaining you thanked them not sure if you were raised or trained but people's time is valuable. And for you to not respect it I watched you the whole 20 minutes you okay to the drive-thru people. But you had a restaurant full of people that you never spoke to say hello thank you nothing thanks for waiting nothing I know you think you did a good job of running your shift ask your customers. Ended up having diarrhea for 2 days . After only eating 2 lil sliders. Super disappointed in the fact I drove 2 hrs out my way to have these burgers. I would have returned my order but I was not waiting another hr plus to speak with an incompetent employee, since the lobby was not open. Our order came to almost 30 bucks for food I just had to throw in the trash. I will not return to this Krystal and very hesitant to go to another.
