They serve you your food portions of choice as you move down a line. The serving staff have that ole "School Lunch Lady" feel. While they treat you decent enough I don't know if they're aware of the hurrying attitude they give off to the customer. Some places get so used to frequent customers, knowing how their system works, customers knowing what they want and moving on, that a new customer senses their frustration when you're trying to make a choice. There are no name plates for the food which can delay your choices where a visual is not so obvious. The pricing scale for each item category are handwritten notes taped to the food's protective glass. Between asking the staff and and mostly the customers I start to get a feel of how the pricing worked. The food is just okay and while they have a buffet atmosphere you definitely don't get buffet prices. I paid $20 for what I've spent $7 on in the past and it tasted the same. Think go grocery store lunch plate.
The atmosphere is more of a cafeteria one in that they push long tables together. While I'm pretty sure they wipe them down they don't seem to be great about getting the cracks in between the connections.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDonāt ever order online....apparently they canāt read they messed my order up twice.... didnāt offer a refund or nothing....I spoke with a man didnāt get his name he Assured me my order would be corrected...I then called back spoke with a lady name Jamie she said my order would be corrected...when my food arrived my order was wrong again....I called the store again and Jamie has the nerve to tell me she didnāt believe door dash only allows you to select jello as the only desert,..I order here occasionally and always call in my vegetable plate with my dessert and I never had this issue before...I will never spend another dollar here and I will not stop until I speak with someone over her head...I ask Jamie for the supervisor on duty she stated she was the supervisor. I then asked for the supervisor over her head at first she stated she didnāt have a supervisor then she stated marlon bias was her supervisor and he wouldnāt be in until 6pm...I am highly disappointed with the customer service I received today as I am a frequent customer and this has never happened before.....the part that upsets me the most is that I was lied to twice that my order would be correct...I spent money twice and my order was wrong both times......update at 5:04 pm I keep calling and they refuse to...

The food line looked like it was just set up. everything looked fresh and everthing was very clean. I don't normally write reviews. (You can probably tell š) But on this occasion I felt I should write this review. staff was also very pleasant. I very much enjoyed the visit.
PS. While I was complementing the mananger on my visit. I sat my wallet down. I know I was stupid so no haters please. š. anyway when I got home I realized I'd lost my wallet. So as I'm freaking out I call the restaurant and the cashier had given it to the manager . I instantly calmed down. ha. I recommend this location ...
