Mico's Grab & Go — Restaurant in Jackson

I’ve given this place multiple chances, but enough is enough. Every time I call to place an order, the owner answers the phone pretending to be the fire department — not funny, just confusing and unprofessional. Once the joke is over, he rushes you to order and uses profanity, which is incredibly off-putting.

In addition, they only accept two forms of payment, which is very inconvenient, and the restroom has been “out of order” the last SIX times I’ve been. For a place that serves food, that’s unacceptable.

The food might be okay, but the overall experience is chaotic and disrespectful to customers. I won’t...

I honestly had my expectations lowered before I ordered here but I wanted catfish and this place had it. Many other places with catfish options(penns) were far too expensive and Micos had a pretty cheap option. When I arrived, the place didn’t look too appealing on the outside but I’ve known places to look bad but taste great. I was shocked at the quality and quantity of the food I had ordered(catfish plate with fries) and was met with crispy fries, hush puppies and very well seasoned catfish. I believe it’s safe to say I have found a gem in the Jackson area and will come...

Terrible quality...I ordered the Trio plate with wings fries w chili n cheese and fried shrimp. The plate was over 20.00 now.I guess I was the lucky one to get a plate that been sitting around since 2022 and it was pulled out for me. Cold chili n cheese fries...everything fried was dried and orange in color bc it was so old. Idk that fried shrimp could be (tougher) than beef jerky. Times are too hard to playing with 20.00+...
