This is normally my go to location. Iâve never really had a problem until today. I had a pick up order.. 3 piece dark and a free item from the app. I picked it up in the drive through I admit to not checking it and that was my mistake ( but also, Iâve never personally had an issue ordering from this location) after I drove off I just grabbed a piece out of the box and I did eat it( it was a wing) I wasnât upset but I also realized the whole box was white meat, and my free item was missing. I turned around and went to explain and show my receipt and ended up getting straight up attitude. I was in no way wanting or trying to argue, so I didnât. She gave me attitude saying she did this order herself and she knows that the item was there..which it wasnât. Free item or not, it was still wrong because I originally asked for dark meat. She proceeded to give me two pieces back ( which is cool, like I stated earlier, one piece did get eaten). She went to the back to get the tenders and was talking to someone and said something along the lines of âcause you know I was about to go offâ I didnât appreciate that because 1. My approach was not threatening nor did I give her attitude in return when she clearly had one with me. 2. I had physical proof so honestly what was all of that for? I work in food service so I understand how it can be when it comes to dealing with customers, but knowing how to take accountability is important as well. Ordered online and waited which is cool. Waited almost 20 minutes more and was missing the 5 biscuits on the order. Iâm feeding my family so they wanted them and itâs what I paid for. I go back in real calm not tripping and say oh that order I had was missing the 5 biscuits. The girl at the counter yelled it out and all of the workers started laughing. One of em said thatâs not funnyâŠall the time Iâm wondering no really whatâs funny? Itâs not funny yall taking ya precious time and messing up orders. And wtf?    Read moreI went though the drive through window this evening and ordered $40.00 of food, the food was cold, and disgusting, my cat love her chicken and she wouldnât even eat it. The service was lousy. They knew the food was bad because they couldnât look me in my face and did not speak or talk too me, You can kill someone with bad chicken. I wonât ever eat here again. Owners your staff is destroying your business, please tell them to not keep food thatâs old and that they wonât eat , hopefully you tell them this, hopefully someone wonât have to die before they have good customer service and give out bad food, that can kill some one.
