Rally's — Restaurant in Jackson

I spent a total of $29.07 cents at this place. Being From TX I love stopping at Rally’s/Checkers when I can. However I pulled up to the speaker at 12:15 am. My order was taken at 12:30 am. Got to the window and didn’t leave until 1:15 am. Took forever to get my order, girl at the window was eating and rubbing her stomach under her shirt. I ordered a Baconzilla only to get a regular cheeseburger. I ordered a 10 price classic (bone in) lemon pepper wings and the girl at the window asked me at 1:05 am if she could give me two boneless because “ we is closed anyway”. Excuse me? Anyway, the wings were gross! I would love for a manager to contact me because this isn’t the customer service I KNOW FOR A FACT HE OR SHE IS ALLOWING! Refund me also! Very unsanitary I visited the Rally's location on Bailey Ave 3/23/19 around 11/11:30 I ordered a couple of burgers n an order of fries upon looking through the walk up window I noticed that one of the lady's wasn't wearing gloves while handling the cheese I reported it the manager seems like all he told her to do was wash her hands after walking to the back n talking where they thought I couldn't see them upon that I noticed the cook that was handling the meet on the grill didn't also wear or have on any gloves at this point I asked for a refund n the employees was giving me lip I advise anyone who's purchasing food from this location to get out n order from the walk up n watch them prepare your food n make sure they...

Rude as I don't know what. The entire team needs to be fired. I went here 6.7.21 and 2:17 pm. Ordered one half pound chicken and the 2.49 chicken box and a mother cruncher chicken sandwich all were combos except the 2.49 box. I was given 2 bbq sauces for my food asked for more because the amount of food i had and was told there would be a charge. How can you charge me for sauces when you never gave me enough to begin with. Two sauces for 2 boxes of chicken is ridiculously insane. When's there is a charge for sauces it's usually after you have been given a certain amount. There's no way it's one sauce for a big box of chicken. Then you tell me it's 16 cents for a sauce. I'm not sweeping my card...
