BlueSky Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Me my wife and daughter went to bingo last night and this was probably our 5th time going and we never had a problem this time the waitress said my daughter had to order something even though she was not hungry. I said I'm not doing that between me and my wife we will be ordering more than enough. Waitress left and everything was good until the end of the night the manager said I had to pay an extra $15 on my bill. I said no and she said leave don't pay your bill and don't come back. There isn't anything posted about this a note on the table says bingo rules spend $15. It doesn't say per person and it doesn't say on food and drinks it looks like it means spend $15 on bingo. Also my bill would of been around $50 before tip. It should not matter who bought what if a group of 3 spends $50 it should be fine. She cost your restaurant several good customers and $50. Me and my wife attended this establishment on 7/30/24 around 6:30pm. The entire experience was just horrendous bullet points listed below

1.Long Wait Times: Excessive delays in being seated, ordering, or receiving food.

Rude or Unattentive Staff: Servers dismissive, or ignoring customers.(Male manager on site was focus more on teaming up with the female staff than paying customers)

Poor Communication: Staff not informing customers about delays, unavailable items, or special offers.

Inconsistent Service Oberving different levels of service on different ethics groups tables (if this establishment is focusing on a specific group of people it needs to convey this message clearly so good paying customer don't waste their time with there family and hard spending money at this location)

BlueSky Bar & Grill is very cool spot, it’s kinda hidden inside behind the JAXEX Airport, they have a golf court, golf carts and a small entertainment golf bays similar to top golf but way smaller. They also have a fire pit outdoor as a hangout seating area for those who want to enjoy the nice Florida weather. The restaurant is top notch. Food is on point with some of the most popular dish for instance the famous New Orleans Po’Boys. A bar and a small party room for at least twenty to thirty people are also available to small gathering of friends or family.
