I had the worst experience here we came in and asked for four sandwiches in quarters a lady named Temeka or something like that took care of us she acted like it’s the first time she’s been asked that so her coworker showed her a picture of what we want. She took forever to make the sandwiches by the time she finished she cut the sandwiches in half so we told her no we asked to cut it in quarters and in a box and she said oh we don’t have a box so we told her that she should’ve told us that from the beginning because we need it in a box and she said if you speek good English I would have understand what you want and told you that we don’t have a box in the worst attitude ever even though we spoke perfectly fine English and we showed her a picture and we told her we wanted it in a box and then she said that she should charge us more because she will have to cut it and rap it piece by piece the worst experience ever will never come again I do not recommend...
Read moreSupposed to be open 24 hrs I walk in at 830 am and 3 subway employees are behind the counter huddled around chatting , I walk up to the counter to order an there sole response is “inventory “ from one of them and I responded with excuse me , an all three look at me an say we’re closed for inventory. As I cash out at the store portion of the establishment I look back over and there still huddled but now just watching me . Not doing doing inventory, not prepping or cleaning , or generating any sales . Just collecting a wage with minimal effort . If I was the owner of this franchise I would not keep people employed that weren’t assets to my business. An yes , this is about a sandwich but there’s also a slightly bigger picture...

Unfortunately in these times we are living, people are selfish and no longer "love thy neighbors " 🙏is almost has become the norm to get get little to no customer service and no attention to detail, having the wrong attitudes.I ordered from this store thru grubhub and had some problems and without a second thought. Lauren apologized and offered immediate correction and went above and beyond. Definitely should be a valuable employee. Thank for a great experience. I ordered today again and she remembered my name and made sure my grubhub order was perfect...
