Cinnabon — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Looks like the Cinnabon at the Avenues mall is never coming back. When I looked at a map i saw this location and was skeptical, just a Cinnabon sitting out pass the hood towards the middle of nowhere. But I happen to be in the area so I went and checked it out. It's in a travel center, that also has some other restaurants. Not sketchy or dirty at all. I bought a Cinnabon and it was good.Not sure of all the options they had compared to what I would expect from the Avenues or Universal Studios. I just know if I happen to have a craving for cinnabon, and I have gas in my car and time to come over here (closes kinda early) then...

The worst customer service, went in one Friday morning at 7 and was told no one was available to work cinnabon until later, was told I could purchase one of the cinnabon already prepared and boxed that was sitting out on the counter, then I ask is there a way I can purchase extra toppings and she said, no you can not, No one is available to work there! now today Saturday 11:22 and still can't get service. Either I purchased one that already boxed or do without.. so o I ask are open and she said we don't open on weekends 😕 😕😕 well alrighty then, guess I'll go somewhere else. Sad customer...

Was craving a nice warm cinnamon roll and this was the closest spot near by. Unfortunately it's inside of a gas station and that's probably why they don't recognize the Cinnabon Rewards Program. I went in on a Sunday morning as shown in one photo. No one was at the Cinnabon station when I arrived. After about 8 minutes an employee showed up and was extremely helpful. The products tasted amazing and would go back again.
