Subway — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This location is located inside of a convenient store. We went there today and they turned us away. The man told us that their register was down. Now, I've worked as an assistant manager for Subway. When being trained, they made sure I knew math in case there was ever a register issue. Somebody didn't want to do their job and found an excuse not to. With all of the paying customers that businesses have had to do without. With all of the potential money lost, you would think that the owner of this franchise might care. So...

Relative to Subway, this place is everything it needs to be. The veggie sub was fresh and tasted good, and everything was made correctly. I was very pleasantly surprised! The workers were overall very passive, which worked well, because we just stopped in briefly to eat. The food was made fast, and we ordered ahead, so we were unsure of what they would do. The location was clean enough and safe enough to eat in. I would stop here...

Worst experience I've ever had with a Subway! Got my food after I was waiting an hour and it was cold it was supposed to be a toasted sub it had raw bacon on it, the chicken was cold,the cheese was not melted. On top of everything else the cookies I ordered must have just come out of a freezer. Cold and uncooked. I will never eat at the subway again.
