They have a manager there by the name of Tiffany. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I come in there all the time to get my family food. When she is there, the employees look depressed and upset. When she isn't there, they have so much life in them and they are so nice to my family. I learned who Tiffany was from a few people that know her personally. She has her kids working at the same place at the same time she does...which I think is very wrong. She is in charge of who is hired or fired though so she can get away with it. I watch her pick on the employees and degrade them in front of us customers. I've also heard she sets her employees up to fail or to get fired. From my personal experience, this restaurant gets a O STAR only because of this woman. I will come back to this restaurant when she is no longer employed there. If i were an employee there, I would be filing a lawsuit against her. She discriminates against people and has no shame. She should not be employed at all. This dairy queen lost my business. If anyone mentions ice cream, I make sure they know who this woman is before they go. As a customer, you can't expect me to let you take my money and give me poor service. She has an attitude every time I walk in there. She leans on the counter and stares at you until you order something....like she is angry that you came into the restaurant. Maybe her manager should remind her she is in the customer service business. Anyways...No thank you! I'll take my money...

Mm blizzard minus the chocolate + caramel said it would be $.89 extra to remove one item and add another i told her that was fine then i ordered 2 banana splits minus the chocolate syrup. (it taste like it has chemicals in it) And add hot fudge. They explained again that it would be .89 extra i told them i know it doesnt make sense but whatever, another person chimmed in with an attitude and said "we can not substitute "! I worked at this dairy queen location for years there is a substitute button. I then proceded to tell them both it was fine. They continued to talk amount them selves with the mic still on and said what else for you. I said 1 large vanilla cone please. They both laughed and told me to pull forward i get to the window they dont give me my receipt because their out of paper...... I didnt get the vanilla cone, she rolled her eyes and said it will be $4.82. i already paid for the cone with the purchase but i had no proof cause they didnt give me my reciept. Read moreWent to this store today as I do often. I order two large snicker blizzards. One with extra snickers and one regular. When I received my order I had on snicker and one strawberry. I informed the young lady that the strawberry wasn’t mine. She gave me the snicker and took the strawberry back but didn’t turn either of the blizzards upside down. Dairy Queen has a policy for their Blizzards. If they don’t turn them upside down you get a free blizzard. I received my first Blizzard and the young lady didn’t turn it upside down. When I asked the second young lady about their policy she said let me ask. The manager tells her only one has to be turned upside down. That’s crazy to me. I order two as usually and they both are always turned upside down. I will not be back to purchase anything if you can’t follow your rules. I have spent a lot of money over the years with DQ. This was one of my favorite spots as a child and I wanted my children and grand children to share that experience but today was our last visit. Loyalty...
