submitting a complaint about inaccuracy and no resolution. I was at the drive thru window when your employee read back my order where my husband and I clearly heard her say 2 double cheese burgers which was correct. when I get home my order contained 2 single cheese burgers. I called the store location to resolve issue. the guy checked and said I was rung up as single and no refund needed and didn't believe anything I told him saying the window clerk said she repeated the order correctly which she did not and he was no help. I like to resolve issue with personnel before I have to submit a complaint but he was not helpful and made it seem like it was my fault or my problem and there was nothing for him to do. An apology would have been great or reassurance that the next time I choose to come do business the accuracy will be there. I received nothing but an I dont care attitude. i wasn't even asking for a refund or free food just wanted someone to understand the issue at hand. this kind of business wont make it long . every time i go to this location there is an issue between attitude filled employees or food not made correctly. good food...
Read moreI'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. This is the absolute worse place you could ever go. The girl working the drive thru is rude and you can hardly understand what she's saying. She likes to cuss at people when she thinks they can't hear her and apparently she isn't a "people person". I let her know that I didn't appreciate her unwarranted rudeness. She proceeded to ask me if I wanted her job and spouted profanities as she walked away. Any half decent person could do a better job than her. Then the cashier at the front counter proceeded to yell at me what I was "doing wrong" (because that's good customer service) and that I shouldn't speak to the non-people person drive thru girl. All this happened while the manager stood there and said nothing. When I addressed the manager after being attacked by his employees, he mumbled that he would talk to them about it. My husband asked for a manager and the young adult female employee disrespectfully said that she “don’t know these people so she don’t know who the manager is ” REALLY? and then a rude male employee claimed that he was the manager. From there it went down hill. I called corporate and was directed to some useless customer fans line or whatever it’s called. No one ever called me back. I’ve also noticed an automatic reply to all negative comments which direct people to contact a useless customer contact center. They close before hours, ignore customers in the drive thru and limit the menu to only ice cream cones when they don’t feel like working. I’ve experienced all three scenarios and will never go back.
