Subway — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I placed an online order and then immediately received a phone call saying they were closed. This was at 7:30pm. I was also told they didn't have the "tools" to offer me a refund at the store and I needed to call the website??? I had to Google the number for corporate because it's not on the website. It was an automated number saying they're digital only and there wasn't anyone to take my call. The message said to fill out a form on the website to reach them. I have still not heard anything from them. This is HORRIBLE customer service.

I would avoid Subway altogether. Their prices keep going up but their quality has been going down for years. They used to be an affordable option compared to their competitors. My wife stopped in to purchase a couple foot longs. She had been at work all day and I am at home not really able to do very much because of an accident that damaged my back. She said the staff of two women were very rude and gave her the impression that she was really causing them trouble being there. As she was checking out a man walked in and their demeanor changed entirely. They started shouting and looking at her as they were telling and giving him extra meats and cheeses on his sandwich just to make her feel even worst for stopping there. Subway needs to do something with this place, give them some kind of corporate warning or something. This was totally uncalled for and we will certainly pass along the reason to stay away from this store. There is another one just a few miles...

I walked in to get a sandwich for my son. Employees behind the counter and sitting down were wearing masks only covering their mouth and nose was exposed. I asked them to put a mask on since covid is obviously a concern and they require masks to enter the building and they are preparing food. The employee with all gold teeth (i know this because at one point he took his mask off all together) told me if I dont like it I am free for them not to serve me and I can leave. I left and will not spend a penny here....
