Definitely won't be going back after today. Waited 5 mins at the ordering menu to be acknowledged. Young lady there was pleasant as always so wasn't too upset get to my destination start eating my meal and notice something stringy in my mouth spit it out examined it and it was 2 strains of hair. So I look at the sandwich and noticed 2 more strains needless to say the sandwich was thrown away immediately along with everything else I brought from them that was $15 I'll gladly give them aside say farewell after being a regular customer.

The probable future of Dunkin's. It's called Dunkin Go. Drive Thru Only. I can't make the statement that it is faster than a current Dunkins location. This is a compact area. Busy at times, especially morning rush hour.

The WORST & AWFUL standard Glazed Doughnuts I've eaten. Seriously How could you fail at this Dunkin? Especially $3 for 2.

What we received was 2 doughnuts with a Watered down Glazed topping that appeared to be "melted" of some sort & then poured on at the time of Order. And of course this made for a Messy chewy NOT so sweet cake Treat for myself and Grandson's evening. Afraid to try anything else. From this location food quality is JUNK!

SERVICE: The young lady was Extremely pleasant with taking my order. However, it took some work for comprehension.

With a basic "?" ask do you have "single" plain Glazed doughnuts for sell? She countered do you want a Dozen?šŸ¤” Well I must say this most likely WHY? There hasn't been a Buzz...

I order ahead on the app (when I'm approximately 5 minutes out), and they ALWAYS HAVE MY STUFF READY TO-GO!!! And they are NEVER to BUSY for a PUP-CUPšŸ¶ā¤ļø, even when I forget to ask... they offer!!! Great place, great team, great service, and FOOD!!!šŸ˜

P.S. I definitely recommend the app (even if you don't go every day, BUT IF YOU DO... YOU BETTER! Even if you're NOT AN APP PERSON- whether you don't like them or inexperienced...it's easy to use, you can still order and GET POINTS...open the app and have them scan, especially if you GO EVERYDAY! Poinrs add up quickly, and redeem is easy!)

Sorry for the rant... Anyway, 10/10 definitely recommend...

1 out of 9 visits my order has been correct. My orders are simple and without altering. Quit hiring staff that isnā€™t detail oriented! If you donā€™t have something upon pick up, clarify so the customer can make changes. The first time I made an order they werenā€™t even open, they were standing outside.. so I left (they saw me). I didnā€™t have time to wait for them as I already waited 10 min. Came back the next day and explainedā€¦ when I pulled up one of the staff was running her mouth about the situation and said I should have come back that day. Common sense is dead these days I guess. Two stars because of location and quality of...
