Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Awfull service went there for the fist time tried to get my order and the girl was rude looking like she could not hear what i was saying just because i have an accent . Pursuit to even want to make me change my order because i do not want to peperoni in my sandwich . stood on the line ,but skeep my order for other student. i waited for more that 30 mn and during that time some or them where smiling like they where doing it on purpose. Finally the manager took my order and pursuit to apologize and offer me a coupon which i do note take. I am a transplant from New Jersey and my daughter works at a bagel place on main Street for many many years the guy comes in at 2:30 in the morning to start making the bagels and they just taste different they're much crunchier on the outside and the inside is light and fluffy I don't know why you can't find a good big layer this one wasn't bad better than most maybe it's the water maybe it's the atmosphere but I still haven't found one here it's just like home but everybody...

I happened to locate them by accident when I went to pick up a bakery item at Publix. I had low expectations because No one can make any bagels in Florida that you can consume that does not taste like raw sewage. New York is bagel heaven.
