QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Ordered a chicken burrito and chips and queso. $20? Fine. The incompetent staff lost my ticket placed through the kiosk and it took over 30 minutes to receive my food. I get it. things like this happen, especially when busy. But when scenarios like this arise, you make things right with the customer. After my 30 minute wait, i was presented with a poorly wrapped, flavorless, dry, and shrimpish burrito that i had to rewrap myself, a $3 portion cup of queso that was 2/3 of the way full, and some under seasoned chips. Qdoba is a good option on campus, offering decent bowls, burritos, and more. I took off one star because it is only good during lunch time. When I go even an hour before closing time, they always run out of rice and chicken, and other limited ingredients. Most likely the worst place to eat on campus at UNF, and is incredibly overpriced for what you get. The meat often tastes over cooked if not burnt.
