I want to share a concerning experience my family and I had while visiting Goodfell Pizza & Win. During our visit, as our order was being taken, I observed a staff member presumably the cook come out from the back of the establishment wearing gloves. Without changing them, she immediately began handling uncooked meat and preparing food.

Out of concern for hygiene and food safety, I politely asked if she could change her gloves. Unfortunately, she responded dismissively and refused, stating she would not change them. I expressed that it was unsanitary to use the same gloves from the back of the store to prepare food, but she remained unwilling to comply.

Given the circumstances, I requested a refund and informed her that I would be sharing my experience publicly and reaching out to management. I sincerely hope that the establishment addresses this issue promptly, as food safety and respectful customer service are essential in any dining environment.

The food was the worst. French fries were soggy and had no season on them. The cashier was too busy trying to get a date he didnot offer no drink, but to these two older women, who he spent the whole time talking to them and them ONLY! The whole time we were in there waiting our order. 6 orders came up and the same time, but each one was different. The wings were extra small and almost naked because of lack of no sauce. I will not be eating here anytime soon. Customer service was a (-2). They offered no condiments like ketchup for my fries, then when I asked the counter young lady for a fork, she said" I put one in your bag!" At which time I told her, " If you did I would not be asking for one now!" Bad customer service. I was so excited to go to this new place in the neighborhood too but I was highly disappointed. The fries were overcooked, there was no type of sauce for the hamburger, not to mention that chicken tenders are sorry excuse to be tenders they're so thin and small. I was very disappointed with the fact that these are two owners of a restaurant and don't even know the first thing about food safety when the woman that was preparing my food had the same glove she was using to clean the counters with the sanitize rag putting her hands in the food to dress the hamburger and then the fries and put my burger on the grill to cook. That's called cross-contamination and the prices are so high you have to pay $3 for a canned soda never going back here ever again and they need to get their food safety...
