McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Went throw the drive through an ordered just over $20 worth of food. Fries were on top of bag and the large was filled like a medium and on top of this they were not even lukewarm. So I haven’t even left the store parking lot and decide to drive around and park. I walked inside and asked nicely if I could have a fresh fries due to the reason listed. The girl starts saying she’s been on fries all night and would not send a half thing out like this. I explained that I was just in the drive thru and she did. She started saying I ate them and I had just said I did. Yes, I did say I had eaten 2 single fries. When you get your food you taste test but I didn’t eat a large frie down to a medium. She called me a lie and I asked to speak with manager because she didn’t not conduct herself as if she was the appropriate person to be speaking with. She ignored me and returned to her position. I waited for a minute and then I asked if I can return all the food I just bought because I can go to McDonalds anywhere else. At this time the first girls counterpart walks over, she takes my old fries and throws them away (with visible annoyance and aggression) but not before making a snared comment ,” next time don’t eat have the thing”. She returned with a “fresh fries” still not all the way filled and I left. These staff member where working 11/29/2024 @9:30 EST PM. Girl with pants hanging down and dreads. The upsetting part and the reason for this post is the fact that I was not mean to them when they screwed my order up. I asked nicely and explained myself. I can afford $4 fries and was not lying as they accused me of. Well will not return and would not recommend. Was so willing to return my whole order but they decided to ignore my request for manager and give me half a fries order again! Management needs to do better with hiring...

I can't believe the service we received today, or I believe the correct term was lack of. There was probably 10 employees that I could count, 7 of them were to busy to acknowledge that I was standing there, but a young lady did come and take my order, but their was a young man (boy with blondish red dreadlocks to his shoulders that was the rudest ever, and though this had happened at this location before I was extremely disappointed with the way he bluntly ignored me as I asked about my order, and laughter with the other employees standing there all piles up around and near the drive-thru window where customers pick up there order. Then after spending 37$ on a meal for 3 of us. No doubt the fries sat since lunch crowd because they taste to cold, only a handful was sprinkled between the 3 of ours to feel as if they were hot. My Dad ordered the fish sandwich, but it was also very cold, and not edible due to the glob of tartar sauce gooining it of it, and the wrapper it was just a horrible experience and due to the fact we were so disrespected we probably will not ever eat at this location again. Each one of our meals were nasty, and money just can't be thrown out for garbage. I believe if there had been responsible manager there maybe that could have helped us, but was told the manager stepped away, again the laughter started up. No I would not recommend this Macdonalds to nobody else. I really hope that someone does something soon about teenagers running a fast food restaurant, this was sad, and...

All I have to say if you come to Western Maryland you will never be treated like I was this morning drive-thru was only open came down here to visit my sister she's in the hospital I got a large breakfast with pancakes and I got my dog some sausage burritos I'm only 1.6 mi away from there open up my bag large breakfast did not have what it was supposed to have in it so I called them they hung up on me I called back somebody else called and said sorry we just got in but the lady that answered meI said how would you like it if I called corporate so then she hung up on me did not care about nothing I called back the guy answered he was very apologetic but regardless of what he thinks I spent $14 for a breakfast and didn't get what I wanted so I guess I'm okay to do that right but that lady was very rude I don't know what it is about Florida and their people here I've been to three different restaurants and they treat you like crap the guy that answered the phone said that he would take care of it but it's 5:00 in the morning now and it was so nasty by the time I started eating it was cold and then the biscuit was gone and I didn't I ate out in the car so I didn't make people up in the house you know anybody try somebody else I'm 66 years old I got a dog and I don't bother people I buy what I like and it should be all there not cold it was terrible so good luck if you go there that's just my experience with this one have a great day but I think twice before I go to this one thank you...
