If you enjoy the good American version of Chinese food this is the place! I order online and it’s quick, and easy. My food is always hot when I pick it up. The estimated time to be ready has been exact each time. I enjoy their hunan dishes bc they are spicy but not too much to make it uncomfortable to enjoy. I love their rice and you get the option to for veggies or not which it great for me and my picky eater child. Portions are good for 2 ppl that eat in serving sizes or one person who eats a lot. Food tastes fresh. The place appears to be clean. They offer a couple premade dessert options as well. I don’t think you can dine in but it’s a small space so I wouldn’t try. It’s in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. It is not right by the door parking but accessible for wheelchairs and others mobility needs. I would recommend over all the places near it in my area bc I’ve tried most of them.

Order chicken egg foo young combo that comes with fried rice and egg roll and a sweet tea. Everything was disgusting, even the sweet tea was nasty with the exception of the egg roll. The egg foo young was burnt. I know the cook knows and saw it was burnt but they chose to still serve it. Oh and I order cream cheese wontons. You can tell that the wonton wrap was not fresh. So basically I just gave this business $20 for nalt. This apparently is not the same owners that serviced good, hot, delicious food. Very disappointed

This place is great. The food was amazing and the owners are great and so nice! I have no compaints. This is my new favorite chinese takeout place in jax Update: I came back for Christmas, i was so happy they were open. The lady that works there was very sweet. I got chicken, shrimp with garlic sauce and wonton soup. Also added a side of chili oil which is delicious on everything. This is still the best chinese food in jax, hands down.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I an sea of Chinese restaurants, this place is simply the best Chinese food in Jacksonville. The Orange Chicken was perfect, not too sweat and had real orange peel in the sauce. The Spicy Shredded Pork is the best version of this dish I have tasted anywhere. The stir fried peppers and onions were not overcooked and still had crunch. The Hunan beef was extremely tender and flavorful. And their Pad Thai, while not especially spicy (I'll ask for spicier next time) is among the best in town and easily rivals any Thai restaurant. None of the dishes were overly greasy which is sometimes a problem with some Chinese food places. Forget Panda. Forget every other place. My wife and I don't eat out very often but from now on, when we do, this is the only Chinese food place we are going to.

They are Pandemic ready with a very clever pick up window. About the only bad things about this place is that you have to call them because their website is not up yet. And that they will ruin nearly every other Chinese food...

I ordered a chicken pat Thai with vegetables, jumbo shrimp and scallops and I see a sweet-and-sour with fried rice. Then I ordered a C 28 and then chicken fried rice cost me $45 and they gave me two jumbo shrimp too and added chicken to my chicken pat, Thai And my receipt clearly states jumbo shrimp scallops and vegetables and every combination dinner you buy comes with egg rolls well I ordered two but only got one. And the manager gonna tell me did she know that she put more than two jumbo shrimps in it and I’m telling her I know you didn’t but you put chicken in it’s place so do you want a picture so that’s why I’m doing review, then I try to call her back to get a email where I can send her a picture of what they gave me. They won’t even answer the phone...
