New Kings Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I dont know what they have going on at this restaurant but when u order on door dash it gives a different address to the driver.. I ordered and waited 2 hrs for my food to arrive.. The driver showed up empty handed and said she was sent to 807 dunn ave and she didnt see the restaurant. On door dash it says u are ordering from new kings fish and chicken on new kings rd but the driver gets a completely different address.. I called new kings fish and chicken on NEW KINGS rd and he told me i must have ordered from DUNN AVE JAX FISH SHRIMP AND CHICKEN he also said he didnt have my order and his system was down. How did he figure i ordered from a completely different restaurant??? I asked has this happened before he said no..The door dash driver is now standing in new kings fish and chicken now and she shows him she has a dunn address.. He keeps saying he doesnt have my order. I asked is his system down he said yes i asked how do u even see if i have a order or not?? He said bc the driver has dunn ave address..BUT SHE HAS DUNN AVE FOR NEW KINGS FISH AND CHICKEN ON HER PHONE SHOWING HIM. He told me to call door dash.. Not even 5 mins after i hang up door dash sends me a email that says YOUR ORDER FOR JAX FISH AND SHRIMP HAS BEEN CANCELED.. But my door dash receipt says i ordered from NEW KINGS FISH AND CHICKEN.. i dont know what scam they got going on but i had to wait HOURS before i even found any of this out.. Don't let this location scare you from trying some good eatin yes the area might look sketchy BUT overall this place is a hidden Gem come and find out for yourself I was actually impressed...I don't ever eat fish like that but for my 1st impression they got that and the lady is on point very humble and great customer service she seems very happy to serve you... good food, good price, good customer service...I...
