Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Got there in the drive thru with 2 people ahead of me. After sitting for 30 min to get up to the order screen is pouring rain and the lady told me to hold on. Finally came on the speaker and I told her I had a big order. Started off ordered a 1/4 pound of shrimp. Last asked what i wanted for the side and I told her I didn't want the combo I only wanted the shrimp. Lady told me to hold on. Waited 5 min for her to come back and tell me she doesn't see a button for just the shrimp so I told her to just give me the combo. Gave me the total. I said I wasnt done ordering. I then ordered a classic chicken sandwich and she said did you say 20 classic sandwiches? I said no. Then ordered a spicy chicken sandwich as well. Then I ordered a 6 piece kids meal. She asked for the side I gave it to her. She asked what for the drink I said juice is fine. She said they didn't have juice. So with no drinks being listed on the ordering menu I asked what they had for drinks and she responded with" just the regular drink" so I said the regular drink was fine. Then I ordered a large Mac and cheese and a large red bean and rice. Then was given the total, the whole time is pouring and there's no cover over the speaker. I pulled around and waited another 20 min at the window. Finally got home and checked out the food. No kids toy in the kids meal which it clearly states it gets. Literally no beans in the red beans and rice. Two classic sandwiches instead of one classic and one spicy. The 1/4 pound of shrimp most of them were no bigger than the nail on my pinky finger. Literally will never come to this location again which is only 10 min up the road. Will now take my Popeyes business to duval station, which is about 25 min from home. These people have no clue what the are doing the people are rude and apparently they do not care about having their...

Pulled up 20 minutes till close they had the speaker sayn our location is now closed so i pulled up to the window the cashier was handing food out to a customer ahead of me shut the window and walked away! The manager is outside chatting it up with some man so i stepped out of my car and asked her was anybody taking orders? She yells inside to the cashier and i quote girl take them people order... The cashier comes to the window and says how may i help you i told her i would like a 10 dollar tender order mild with double fries shuts window WITHOUT allowing me to complete my order! When she returned to the window i told her that my order was not complete she said well what else you wanted i told her my second order she rung it up told me the total then WALKED AWAY FROM THE WINDOW AGAIN another employee came and grabbed the money they bumped into each other and DROPPED the money on the floor! All the while the manager STILL outside BOO'd up with the guy still yelling instructions to the staff from outside! I get the change ITS INCORRECT so finally the manager comes inside to open the register and gives me the correct change! The FOOD was HORRIBLE lukewarm fries dry biscuits and what was SUPPOSED to be chicken tenders taste more like FRENCH FRIED FROG LEGS and wasnt even suitable for human consumption so i gave it to my dogs instead! Called up to tell them about the mess up and they conviently have the phone off the hook... And as i was leaving the people from the car ahead of me were now behind me also coming to complai about an order that was messed up as well so yeah i wont ever be returning to that location again and i think ill jus get chicken elsewhere from now on maybe zaxbys or churches will have better trained staff...

I have always loved Popeyes chicken, but I regret spending my hard earned mobey in this location NEVER AGAIN!! I ordered the sweet cruchy tenders paid and then told we outta the sauce the girl or MOD moved to look in there back cooler. I ordered customer pick 5 and i said id like 2 breast and 2 legs 1 thigh. The MOD said no! 1.50 upcharge. I paid leaving with 4 pcs of chicken not 5 paying$2 more dollars for the scrawniest breast ive ever seen in my life. I went back to the counter and said mam she ignored (the mgr) she walked over like i was a total bother and i said may i jave a different breast and my thigh. She said i put it in there. I said well ibhavent left the counter i do not have it. She threw away the small breat!! I paid a 1.50 upcharge and u threw it away!! Why say customer pick if truely it is not. The legs are small biscuots hard as rock and chicken either overcooked or way undercooked. Worst customer service ever!! Great if regulars are known by name, but all customers deserve good food and customer service experience she never said "i am sorry" i said thank you she said noylthing. Great example of manager skills night...
