A small mom and pop eatery in a strip mall. There's a bit of a wait if you walk in. However, my food was fried fresh. It was hot, seasoned nicely and the portions are very generous for the money. I wish they had more fish options as I'm not a fan of catfish. I wasn't a fan of the hush puppies but the Coleslaw was good. It has a sweet and tangy flavor. I noticed a lot of ppl ordering neck bones and garlic shrimp during my visit. I will be back to try that. All in all, it was a good visit

Love the place!! Everything is fresh and cooked to order... Finger licking, plate cleaned to get bones!! Lol. Over love all the staff.... Always will be satisfied and full.... I'll give 1000 stars of I could. God try them at least once

The garlic shrimp and turkey necks are my favorite!! I’ve gone 3 times and every time my food was fresh and hot. Heads up—-You may have to wait a little while…. Everyone is friendly and it’s always worth the wait.

Every time I go I’m waiting at least 30+ mins for a simple chicken and fries and it’s NOT BUSY. And when I call in early and I pull up for my order my order is ALWAYS wrong. They’re nice ppl but this isn’t a good place to eat especially last minute when you’re hungryyy. I just ordered a $35 seafood plate that was just $25 not to long ago. It had pounds of seasoning with NO GARLIC SAUCE on top or the bottom of the plate. i stopped going for a while but after receiving this DRY seafood plate that taste like nothing but SALT I will never go back. Couldn’t Finnish it. I even made my own garlic sauce to add liquid inside this order and it was still SO SALTHYYYYY. My freakin head hurts now. Food isn’t the same. I’ll stick to cooking. Even when I’m extra tired because Ppl Can’t even get a GOOD quick meal no more after a busy day when restaurants don’t care about the quality...

My husband suggested this spot based on his visits from years ago! He hadn’t been since the early 2000s, and wasn’t even sure this place was still open. I am so happy he searched it out and found it. The people were very welcoming and friendly, and the food is phenomenal! My husband ordered turkey necks and a shrimp combo; I had the 2 snow crab legs combo. Hubby said the food is exactly as he remembered, & this is got to be the best seafood plate that I have ever had! Not to mention affordable AND black-owned! You have earned some loyal customers! Thank you so much for your quality service! ...

I understand that when I come to the restaurant They are hard as to make my food made with love and right! This business is very family oriented and The workers showed so much respect the customers!
