Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Horrible customer service experience with managers Meghan and Victoria at this location. They blamed the app on their own mistakes and made no efforts to correct them because they were too busy. My order was not important to them and they hung up on me without answering my questions multiple times when I called back they proceeded to leave me on hold for extended periods. Ridiculous experience. Will not be ordering from this location and will recommend all avoid this location as well. MANAGERS HERE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS. Manager Meghan hung up the phone repeatedly as to avoid answering questions which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My order was one pizza and Manager Victoria blamed their inability to understand their own app for canceling my order without my permission. I waited an hour before calling but they werent concerned about my order or by their mistakes at all. Merely blamed the app. I recieved no apology but got blamed for their own inability to use their app. My information was all correct and confirmed by email but this location voided my order without my consent because they couldnt figure out how to use...

I made an order online, two pizza, one with chicken and the other with extra pepperoni with a side of mozzarella and chicken wings. Well first, the delivered the pizza and forgot about the wings and mozzarella. I called them and told them. When I check the pizza, chicken was okay but pepperoni was supposed to have extra pepperoni on it but only had 2 pieces of pepperoni per sliced. I called one more time and told them about the pizza and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I explained to them that I pay for it, if they can fix it or do something about the money I pay for it and they keep saying the can’t do nothing. I proceeded to ask for the manager, they told me he was busy and put me on hold. After a long wait they just hang up the phone. It’s really disappointed that besides everything was messed up, they charge me for stuff that wasn’t provided it and hang up on my face waiting for the manager (James). I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Pizza got here NO PEPPERONI. I called the store spoke with a nice guy he said they will remake it and deliver in 25 mins. I called back to see if I could add a garlic cup and I pay cash. The guy said we are not remaking your order unless you pay. Your pizza has pepperoni. I said sir no it doesn’t. He disputed me that it did. He proceeded to sit the phone down and not come back to the phone. I called back and they hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak to a manager Caleb/Clayton something like that hung up on me again. I called a few times and they would just sit the phone down. This was the worse I experience I have ever had with any establishment that I have purchased from. This is unacceptable and their employees need a training in customer service.!
