Snak Shak — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I visited here this morning at this establishment based on someone else’s opinion that it was good food. I ordered two lumberjack meals for breakfast when we arrived at the store we was not greeted. The cashier was sitting down on her phone eating and we stood a few minutes before she acknowledged us This establishment does not have friendly customer service. I had to wait to pay after the food was ready, even though I was ready to pay immediately, the lady that took the order seem to have a problem with race she never stood up to take my order did not make no eye Contact never offered any suggestions and didn’t even say thank you come again. It was very bad customer service and when I got back to my job to eat the food it was horrible. The grits was cold and undercooked, the ham, I took one bite and it tasted like under arm musk which I spit out immediately, and no longer ate the rest of it . It was a waste of my money and for my first time at this place I would not recommend it to no one. It is not good. Service is horrible. Food is terrible and the atmosphere was cluttered and dirty. I have been going here for so many years and have enjoyed the food and the service but TODAY when I walked in the cashier was sitting down talking with the cook NO ONE spoke nor even attempted to take my order. After a few minutes when both ladies was not doing nothing the whole time, the cook spoke up and then the cashier said something shortly after. Smh. So sad how I’m used to the owner speaking and the cashier when you walk in to feel at hometo not even get a glance. We ordered food online. Had to order each item separately, which is unusual. They normally have breakfast platters but the website has changed. The manager called us and stated that we ordered everything separately and I stated that is how the website has it. Which I thought was kind of crazy that he didn't know that.
