Smells To Inhale LLC — Local services in Jacksonville

I've purchased oils from many oil places. Mostnwere expensive or weak smelling, not lasting or both. I found 1 company that lasted about 8 hours good match to the original but again expensive. But then I saw this add from smells to inhale. I saw the prices and this particular fragrance I wanted to smell before I purchased the original cologne. I communicated with the company, I may have been a little rude. They kept their composure answered all my questions and never was rude back. So I was like let me order 1 bottle. Oh my goodness when the bottle arrived, nicely packaged in a frost bottle and had the nerve to send me samples the size others would charge $10 for. I mean they are the real deal. I tried the fragrance 1 morning headed to work. Of course at work I got compliments but it wasn't the normal you smell nice M, it was what are you wearing. I came home and took a sshower and it was still on me out of the shower. This is a 12 plus hour oil.. oh and if they don't have your fragrance, they will try their best to source the fragrance you want. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try. The exact reason why it's difficult for me to support black businesses. 1.Called and had to ask if this was the current business. That should have been my sign to keep looking...Asked if they sold the oil I was looking for and was told "Yes".2. Went to the storefront and was told that they didn't. 3. How can you make up prices as you go along? The price on the case staes on price but you tell me it's another price....GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

To the owners response: I made myself extremely clear that I was looking for oil for a cold air diffuser. How can I be more specific??? I leave reviews based on my experience. I didn't have a good experience with your business and wasted my time and gas over someone not knowing what products you offer. I LOVE to support my own but sometimes establishments like yours...

First of all, I am very impressed with the communication. I added items to my shopping Cart but I never checked out. She reached out to me and was concerned about me not checking out.
