I was picking up a mobile order, and when I arrived, they said they were about to start making it. Then I went to use the restroom and it was locked, so I asked one of the employees if the bathroom has a key or if it means someone's in there if it's locked. Well the bathroom has a key and the Employee said that he could unlock it when they got a break because it was busy. I got details and understand why it was locked, but what I don't understand is why they don't have a separate key for Customers who have to use the restroom. Needless to say 10 minutes after the pick up time, I received my order, but never use the restroom.
Another woman came in and was expecting a curbside delivery. She was definitely a senior citizen and the employee told her her that he was sorry but They were busy. I believe if you offer service, you should be able to provide that service. And I do think that orders should be done in the order in which they came in (both in person & mobile).
