Wok & Roll — Restaurant in Jacksonville

They have ok food here. I moved to a new location in Jacksonville a few months ago and it’s actually the only Chinese food I’ve had delivered in this area that doesn’t have any spoiled food, so it’s been my go to place to order Chinese food now for that reason. It’s not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had but it tastes ok and is kinda enjoyable. The pork fried rice is yellow rice that’s had the vegetables and pork added and has been fried, their egg rolls are kinda good but not as good as most Chinese restaurants, and many of their dishes are blander (the general tso chicken and sweet and sour chicken is good). And I’ve had several issues with the delivery man though (one time asked me weirdly did I order the food like I couldn’t have ordered it, one time put my food in front of my door without waiting for me to come to the door when they don’t do that cause of the coronavirus situation, one time started walking away with my food that I had already paid for a few seconds after he knocked, and the last time I ordered last night he looked me...

I've ordered delivery from here four times, the first time it was pretty decent...every other time was gross. I paid for an extra egg roll the third time that I did not get, last night I called in and asked if they would give me the extra egg roll that I was missing on this order and they said they would. No surprise that I did not receive it in my order once again. The last time was the worst, the egg rolls that I did receive tasted sour like they'd gone bad or something. We threw away all the food b.c I was afraid of getting sick since it tasted so strange. Last time I'll order from here I was hoping each time it would be like my first exercise that wasn't bad, but I recommend not choosing this Chinese restaurant. You're likely to be very disappointed. It was pretty gross. It was hot and ready, but everything was flavorless. Even the fortune cookies were gross. The wontons in the wonton soup were cooked through, the chicken sticks were bland and slimy, the chicken fried rice was flavorless and not cooked all the way, beef lo mein was bland and the veggies were slimy, the pork egg rolls were ok. The sauce was the only thing that helped with flavor. I saw it had decent reviews, so I thought I’d try it out, but it was pretty bad. Wasted about 30$. Ended up making something at home.
