We've been ordering here for years and have generally been able to overlook the rudeness of the staff, which has always been an issue, but the last half dozen times we ordered have been such a nightmare that we don't plan on returning. We ordered once and were told the food wouldn't be ready for nearly an hour, but when we called back 10 minutes later to add an item to the order we were told "your food is finished and ready for pick up". I'm sure glad we called or our food would have been cold. Another time we called and were told the food would be ready in 10 minutes, but after 45 minutes of waiting at the restaurant the food still wasn't done. They also have a habit of making one half of an order right away an then waiting sometimes as long as 20 minutes to make the other half (the only reason I know this is because Ive had to wait at the restaurant several times for half my order). Of course when you finally get the food home, half of it is ice cold and the other is piping hot. Lastly, the price for the same item seems to vary based on who rings you up. Sometimes it's the price listed on the menu, other times it's a couple bucks more expensive. When you ask about it, the cashier snaps back about how they changed prices since the menu was printed. I can sympathize with rising food costs, but the prices are inconsistent enough that I'm not convinced the cashiers aren't pocketing a...
Read moreWe will never be eating here again. I had stopped ordering from here because they had a few very rude people working there. After a year we decided to try it again about a month ago. It went well so we ordered again tonight. Well our order took over an hour to get and it was incomplete which wasn't noticed until we got home. We had also requested extra sweet and sour sauce that we didn't get but was like oh well on that. I called back to the restaurant to let them know the steamed dumplings we ordered weren't in the bag. She informed me they were sitting on their back counter. I said okay well it takes like twenty minutes to get back there we'd like fresh ones made. She got an attitude with me and said well I planned on making new ones. Boyfriend gets back and she throws the bag on there counter at him. He looks in the back and let her know that the dumpling sauce that normally comes with the dumplings was missing. She supplied him with MORE attitude. Well guess what the dumplings were ICE cold guess I got the old ones that sat around for an hour. So who ever the dark haired 30 something lady working your counter is I suggest you have a chat with her about...
Read moreFirst visit to Panda Garden. Ordered lunch menu Sesame Chicken with fried rice and eggroll included, plus Crab Rangoon appetizer and Fried Wonton appetizer for take out - without calling ahead. Food was prepared quickly, service was courteous. Rangoon crispy and good flavor, but zero sign of crab. Wontons were dramatically over cooked and unedible. Eggroll tiny, almost cute, and very tasty. Fried rice was white rice with soy sauce and one tiny carrot cube and one green pea, not appealing. Sesame chicken was breaded and cooked well with a nice sprinkle of Sesame seeds. Sauce was on sweet side and chicken was tough, but acceptable. Entree came in plastic covered container and appetizers in styrofoam. Complimentary packages of soysauce available on counter. Two fortune cookies which are always a treat for my great dane. Only a carryout restaurant - no...
