Park City Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Janesville

The food is okay. But the service is ATROCIOUS!!, they do not know prices of the food at all and do not reference the menu when charging people, they tried to charge me 6 dollars for an order of french fries when it says 3.50 on the menu. So i called the owner who i have spoken to before, to tell him about the bad service and the over charge, and he cited a situation where i had to call and cancel an order ONE TIME because I ended up not having enough money, i thought i had just enough money for the order and wanted to spend the very very last of my money on something to eat because I was starving, and it turned out i didnt have 10 dollars for the sandwich and fries, so just got the fries for 3.50. I called them about 4 minutes after my first call to tell them I'd made a mistake and didn't have enough. So this time he told me thats no way to do buisness, and that i dont get to call and complain, it doesn't matter if they over charged me because i canceled an order one time and wasted the food. He said deal with it and come get your food or dont eat here. If I could give zero stars I would. If I could go back in time and never spend a dollar with those horrible people, I would do it in a heart beat!! I've never had a random group of strangers just be horrible to me at a place of buisness before. Now they say that I said I couldn't afford the food twice when that is NOT the case. The second time, the owner freaked out on me for ordering half orders of fries NOT that I couldn't afford food trying to get it for free. I ordered food once again, and then I had to cancel the order less than 3 minutes later. There is no way that the food I ordered was even started at that point, but the next time I came in for food, the owner freaked out and yelled at me telling me that is not how you do buisness. Well you are the one in a buisness NOT doing things the way you should, like hanging up on people and yelling at people in the middle of your restraraunt. I am so dispointed in Park City. My family has been coming here for years now and never experience something like this.My family and i came in around 930 this morning to get some breakfast and we ordered after a big table did. 3 other tables came in after us that sat in the same section as us. Its sad when the other 3 tables got there food before we did. My family and i waited for over an hour in order to get our food. It was NOT our waitress fault. The kitchen pushed our ticket back.. When our waitress asked the owner for a dis-account cause of our wait time for our food, We were told no because her exact words were " Because i can afford it". This is totally inappropriate from the owner. I didnt even get a apology from them. It will be a long time before my family and i come back there again. We never had this problem before. We're from out of town and searched for a place to eat it sounded good and pictures looked good but it was nothing of the sort. We had 6 people in total so we ordered a wide variety of foods and nothing was good except for one of us had French toast and they said that was good. Otherwise the salads were very watery. The gravy had a consistency of plastic I literally tipped the bowl upside down and nothing fell out of it. The green beans were frozen and had 0 seasoning on it. The ribs smelled like rotten river fish. The steak smelled the same maybe more metallic like. The gyro literally had 3 prices of meat on it that was so soft/mushy and also tasted frozen. I complained to the server about the ribs and made her smell them she took them to the manager he took $4.00 off our bill which I didn't want i just wanted them to not serve me rotten meat.
